Yoga Classes

Class Description 

This class combines classical yoga postures with flowing vinyasa sequences, allowing you to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness. You will be guided through each posture with attention to alignment and the class will finish with a guided relaxation.  Mantra, chakra activation, and pranayama (breath practices) are threaded through. The focus each class is to bring balance to body and mind so as to relax into ones Self.

Cost

GENERAL: 

Casual - $20 per class  

10 Class Pass - $180

CONCESSION: 

Casual - $18 per class

10 Class Pass - $150

Shakti's Experience

Shakti  began her training in 1980 and continues to this day. She has trained in various locations and modalities throughout America, India, Australia (Melbourne & Perth). She continues to take the pilgrimage to India annually. Read her full bio for a list of trainings and experience.
